Refund & Cancellation Policy

RienaGien Travel Services is committed to providing reliable and transparent travel booking and arrangement services.
All published travel packages offered by RienaGien Travel Services are non-refundable and non-cancellable once confirmed and paid, except where otherwise stated in the specific package terms, permitted by applicable law, or required by the relevant service provider's refund policy.
Customers are encouraged to carefully review all package inclusions, exclusions, travel dates, booking conditions, and payment terms before confirming their reservations.
2. Non-Refundable Travel Packages
All published travel packages, including tour packages, ready-made itineraries, and other promotional travel arrangements, are non-refundable once the booking has been confirmed and payment has been made.
- Cancellations initiated by the customer are not eligible for a refund.
- Failure to travel, missed departures, or failure to use any included service does not entitle the customer to a refund.
- Changes to travel dates, passenger details, or itineraries are subject to availability, supplier approval, and applicable amendment fees.
Any exception shall be subject to the specific package terms and applicable laws.
3. Astoria Properties Timeshare Room Reservations
Refunds and cancellations for timeshare room reservations at Astoria Properties are subject to the applicable booking terms and cancellation policies of Astoria Properties.
- Refunds may be considered only when permitted under the confirmed reservation's terms and conditions.
- Cancellation charges, administrative fees, or other applicable deductions may apply.
- Reservations identified as non-refundable by Astoria Properties are not eligible for a refund, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
- Any approved refund will be processed in accordance with the property's applicable refund procedures and timelines.
RienaGien Travel Services will assist customers in coordinating refund or cancellation requests with the relevant property, subject to its policies and approval.
4. Expedia Flight and Hotel Reservations
Certain flight and hotel reservations booked through Expedia may be eligible for a refund, depending on the specific airline, hotel, fare type, rate conditions, and booking terms.
- Refund eligibility is determined by the applicable supplier and the terms of the confirmed reservation.
- Non-refundable fares, hotel rates, and other restricted bookings are not eligible for refunds, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
- Refunds, if approved, are subject to applicable cancellation penalties, supplier charges, and processing timelines.
- RienaGien Travel Services will assist customers in submitting eligible refund requests through the appropriate booking channel.

Depending on the supplier's terms and applicable laws, these options may include a refund, rescheduling, travel credit, or alternative arrangements.
Any refund or compensation will be subject to the applicable supplier's policies and the customer's legal rights.

Customers requesting a refund for an eligible booking must:

- Provide the customer's full name, booking reference number, payment details, and reason for the request.
- Submit any supporting documents required by the relevant supplier.
- Allow RienaGien Travel Services to coordinate with the supplier and communicate the outcome and applicable processing timeline.
Approved refunds will be returned through the original payment method whenever possible, subject to supplier procedures and applicable banking requirements.
7. Processing Fees and Refund Timelines
